Leslie and Sandy met in Minneapolis about 15 years ago at a conference. They quickly learned that they both hailed from Silver Spring, MD, and found many other commonalities.  After developing a precious friendship,  they have found the perfect opportunity for collaboration in co-facilitating the Rewiring Workshop.   They are beyond thrilled to bring you both their deep friendship, their own experiences and research into women’s aging, as well as their years of process facilitation.

Leslie Traub

​Leslie has been leading transformational personal and spiritual development programs for 25 years, mostly  through the Inner Journey (www.innerjourneyinstitute.com)This work has been deeply meaningful and growthful and has provided the basis for the rewiring work. She officially ended her organization development, leadership development and diversity and inclusion consulting practice in September of 2021.  For 40 years she has built her mastery in group process and facilitation as an organization leader as well as in the personal and spiritual development community.

Sandy Harris

Sandy has served as a trainer, facilitator, and teacher of numerous domains of interpersonal development since entering the workforce almost 40 years ago and derives great joy and satisfaction from her kundalini reiki healing practice, for which she has been formally trained for almost 10 years. Sandy has entered the last executive leadership position she will hold in corporate America, uplifting individuals and communities through her work in equity, inclusion and diversity. 

​Howard Ross

Howard has spent the past 40+ years guiding people into personal and organizational transformation. As an organizational consultant, he built two companies, Cook Ross Inc., and Udarta Consulting LLC, and worked with hundreds of thousands of people in 47 states and 45 other countries, helping to create inclusive cultures in which people felt a deep sense of belonging. His special focus has been on inclusion, diversity, equity, accessibility, and social justice.
In addition, for the past 23 years, Howard has been a lead facilitator for the Inner Journey seminar, a personal, spiritual transformation workshop.

Dr. Bill d’Alelio

Bill has over 40 years as a practicing Clinical Psychologist, researcher, and educator. His has worked intensively in the areas of Trauma, Behavioral Medicine; Biofeedback and Mindfulness Practice; and Eclectic Psychodiagnosis and Psychotherapy. He has provided guidance and care to thousands of children, teens, adults, couples, and families, in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area. Over the past twenty years, he has developed early recognition screening methods and treatments for active-duty military, veterans, and their families affected by PTSD.

Attending the retreat means full access to Finnegan, the resident Lover, Joker, and Shoe Thief dog, and Rumi, a chunky calico with a loud purrrr. Please note that if you have dog allergies this location might not be supportive of you since he’s omnipresent.  Our workshop space is cat-free, unless you’re very sensitive to cat dander.
