Walking with Our Shadows
A 2½-Day Immersive Retreat for Women
I’ve been thinking a lot about community—and how essential it is to our well-being, especially in times of confusion, uncertainty, and loss. Simply knowing that others are there for us can lift the heart, even through remote connection. This is especially true around the holidays, and especially when we find ourselves feeling alone.
And yet, community can also activate our shadows—the parts of us that are unhealed, reactive, hidden, or even unknown. Just when we long for connection the most, we may notice parts of ourselves becoming defensive, judgmental, contracted, or jarring.
As we continue our commitment to growth and keep peeling back the layers of the onion, the next step for many of us is to meet our shadow with curiosity and care, building relationship with these parts and integrating their gifts—rather than rejecting them, hiding them, or pretending they aren’t there.
Walking with Our Shadows is a 2½-day immersive program designed for women who are on a path of personal and relational growth and who feel called to deeper individuation. Together, we will identify our shadow parts, explore their origin stories, and uncover the wisdom and gifts they carry.
Through reflection, dialogue, creative expression, and shared presence, we will bring these parts to life and consciously partner with them—allowing aspects of ourselves that are ready to be seen and healed to emerge within a loving, grounded community.
There is something truly magical that happens—always—when we share deeply with one another. We create coherence, open the door to ancestral healing, and invite grace.
